Environmental Stewardship <br />1. Johnson Control Project has been terminated and a new route will be taken by <br />staff on this project. <br />2. Water Re -Use -This project is currently out to bid and will be constructed in <br />conjunction with the Silver Lake Road Project. Council will consider bids at the <br />May 2711, Council Meeting. <br />Improve and Maintain Infrastructure <br />1. Silver Lake Road: Bids were received by County Staff on March 25th. Pre - <br />Construction meeting will be held the week of May 81h. Bonds will be sold on <br />May 13«x. <br />2. Capital Improvement Plan: A CIP plan for infrastructure is currently being put <br />together by Public Works Director and City Engineer. City Council will review <br />this plan at the April 29111 worksession. <br />3. Key Financial Strafe ies: Currently, under review as we prepare for 2009 Budget <br />and Capital Equipment Plan. Oldest debt is 2000. <br />Technology Advances <br />1. Character Generator for City Meetings installed. <br />2. Website <br />Improve and Maintain Housing <br />1.
