ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING <br />APRIL 8, 2008 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 8:38 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Roth, Stille, and Thuesen. <br />Commissioners absent: None. <br />Also present: Executive Director Michael Momson, Authority Attorney Jay <br />Lindgren, and Stacie Kvilvang of Ehlers & Associates. <br />I. APPROVAL OF APRIL 8, 2008 H.R.A. AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the April 8, <br />2008 housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />IL CONSENT AGENDA. <br />Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, which consisted of: <br />A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of March 11 2008• and <br />B. Claims. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />None. <br />IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />A. Resolution 08-005; Relating to the Seventh Amendment to a Redevelopment Agreement <br />by and among the City of St. Anthony, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the <br />City of St. Anthony and Apache Redevelopment LLC dated December 19 2003. <br />Stacie Kvilvang, Ehlers & Associates, presented the proposed Resolution relating to a Seventh <br />Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement with Apache Redevelopment, LLC. She stated <br />the resolution authorizes the Executive Director and Authority Attorney to commence <br />negotiations and the Redevelopment Agreement will be presented for approval at a later date. <br />Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to adopt H.R.A. Resolution <br />08-005; Relating to the Seventh Amendment to a Redevelopment Agreement by and among the <br />1 <br />
