ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 08-040 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A I;ID FOR WATER REUSE FACILITY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan <br />for the above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement: <br />Total Bid <br />(Base Bid, Concrete Tank <br />Alternate, Parking Lot <br />Contractor Improvement Alternate <br />with deductions to base <br />bid, Landscaping <br />Alternate) <br />1. <br />Graham Penn -Co, Construction, Inc. <br />$1,509,632.95 <br />2. <br />Park Construction Company <br />$1,906,187.66 <br />3. <br />Lametti & Sons, Inc. <br />$2,167,022.00 <br />4. <br />Veit & Company <br />$2,376,227.35 <br />5. <br />Rice Lake Construction Group <br />$2,683,375.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Graham Penn -Co Construction, Inc. of Eagan, MN is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br />The selected alternates for the above -referenced project shall include Alternates 1, 4, and 5, <br />in addition to base bid items. <br />2.
