ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 008-059 <br />A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR <br />THE SECOND TUESDAY IN DECEMBER, TO THE SECOND <br />MONDAY IN DECEMBER, FOLLOWING THE TRUTH -IN -TAXATION MEETING <br />Wl IEREAS, the City Council meets regularly on the second Tuesday of each month, <br />December 9111; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to have a Truth -In -Taxation meeting which is <br />scheduled to be held in the beginning of December; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will change the regularly scheduled meeting from <br />December 9, 2008 to December 8, 2008 following the Truth -In -Taxation <br />Meeting, <br />NOW, TI IERI GORE, 131:1 IT REVOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />hereby changes the City Council meeting scheduled for the Second Tuesday in <br />December, to the Second Monday in December following the Truth -In Taxation <br />Meeting. <br />Adopted this 9t" day of September, 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />me <br />
