As such, City Staff are also aware of annual legislative changes to Minnesota Statutes and <br />recommend changes to the City Code as appropriate. That was the case that prompted changes to the City's <br />Chapter 12, Section 1205 --ANIMAL. CONTROL. The Legislature made changes to the Dangerous Dog and <br />Potentially Dangerous statute and are highlighted in ted or struck through on the attached copy of the City's <br />current Ordinance, Section 1205 - ANIMAL CONTROL. <br />The mote significant changes that are being proposed by Staff include the citation of die authorizing statute, MN <br />Scat. X347.50(2); 1205.05 Report of Dog' I3it:e, requiring the reporting of a aggressive and/or injurious behavior <br />towards another human or animal; 1205.11.
