CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 09-016 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br />2009 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br />This project consists of street reconstruction, replacement of sanitary sewer, <br />water main and storm sewer lines, sidewalk improvements, and street lighting <br />improvements in the following locations: <br />Chandler Drive from County Road D to Foss Road. <br />Foss Road from Chandler Drive to City limits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br />The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of $2,700,000. <br />2.
