Any animal noise, <br />which, occurs repeatedly over at least a five (5) minute period of time with a one (1) <br />minute or less laps of time between each animal noise during the five (5) minute <br />period will be considered a nuisance. <br />Subd. 2. Enforcement. Any person aggrieved by an animal nuisance may make a written <br />complaint to the Police Department, stating the acus complained of, the name and address <br />of the person owning the animal. and the name and address of the person making the <br />complaint. The Police Department will then promptly notify the person owning the <br />animal of the complaint and order the animal nuisance to be abated within a reasonable <br />period of time. if tyre animal nuisance is not: abated within the time period given, a <br />charge may be made against its owner or keeper under the provisions of this Code. <br />Q-. 1210.02 Klee In i of,Certain er tam Anmials. The Council has determined that: (a) the health of various trees <br />within the City is threatened by a variety of diseases; (b) ehn trees are threatened by a disease <br />(mown as Dutch elm disease; (c) oak trees are threatened by a disease known as oak wilt; (d) a <br />substantial loss of elm trees, oal< trees and other trees would significantly depreciate the value of <br />property within the City and impair the safety, order, general welfare and convenience of the <br />public; and (e) the Council should attempt to control and prevent the spread of Dutch elm <br />disease, oak wilt, and other diseases which might affect trees in the City. This section is adoptee <br />for that purpose. <br />1215.02 Regulations Adopted by Reference. Sections 1505,0010 through 1505.0380 of the <br />
