RESOLUTION 09-006 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $58,158.50 <br />FROM FUND #319 HRA PROJECTS TO <br />FUND #330 - APACHE TIF DISTRICT #3-5 (246) <br />WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Anthony <br />established the Apache TIF District #3-5 for the redevelopment of Apache <br />Plaza area (now known as Silver Lake Village); and <br />WHEREAS, the tax increment generated from District #3-5 supports the annual. cost of <br />administration fees; and <br />WF E,REAS, in 2008, the City paid $52,148.50 in consultant fees; and. <br />WHEREAS, as part of the reimbrusernent process the City is reclassify the 2008 <br />consultant fees to the Apache TIF District #3-5; and <br />Wt IEREAS, The amount of the transfer is equal to that of the 2008 consultant fees paid <br />by the City and. is to be reimbursed by the Developer. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the .1 lousing Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. <br />Anthony authorizes the transfer of $58,158.50 from Fund #31.9 HRA Projects to <br />Fund #330 Apache TIF District #3-5 (246). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, this transfer is for the fiscal year of 2008 and that all <br />future activity for consultant costs and reimbursements be accounted for in Fund #330 <br />Apache TIF District #3-5 (246). <br />Adopted this 24th day of February, 2009. <br />Chair <br />Executive Director <br />U:VMICROSOFT WORD DOCUMI"NNVI IF RBOLU'PION 1 RANSHI R 2008 1I.doc <br />
