<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID ICOR
<br />2009 STREET ANIS UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan
<br />for the above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated
<br />according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
<br />advertisement:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
<br />I . That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br />with Northwest Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $1,866,867.79 in the name of the City of St.
<br />Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project according
<br />to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the
<br />office of the City Clerk.
