COUNTY AUDITOR'S CERTIFICATE AS TO <br />REGISTRATION OF BONDS AND TAX LEVY <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, hereby certify that there has been filed in my office a certified copy of a <br />resolution of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, in said County, adopted April 14, 2009, <br />awarding the sale, fixing the form and details and providing for the execution, delivery and <br />security of $5,245,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2009A, of the City, to be dated, as of <br />May 7, 2009 and levying taxes for the payment of principal of and interest on said Bonds. <br />I further certify that said Bonds have been entered on my bond register and the tax <br />required by law for payment of the Bonds has been levied and filed, as required by Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 475.61 to 475.63. <br />WITNESS my hand and official seal this day of 2009. <br />Ramsey County Auditor <br />(SEAL) <br />42 <br />
