04101109 <br />IMPORTANT DATES <br />St. Anthony Budget Schedule for 2010 Budget <br />January 15 &16, 2009 Goal Setting, Financial Management and Planning. <br />Feb 4, 2009: Work Session - Building Renovation Improvement Plan and <br />Schedule - Budget Calendar and Principals. <br />March 31, 2009: Work Session - Discussion on 2010 Budget Goals and <br />Water/Sewer Rates. <br />April 28, 2009: Public Hearing/Provide Residents with an Opportunity to have <br />Input in the budget process. <br />May 4, 2009: Work Session — Council & Staff to review 2010 Operating Budget <br />and Capital Equipment needs. <br />May - July City Manager & Staff Meetings to discuss/draft 2010 Budget. <br />August 3, 2009: Work Session to Review Proposed 2010 Operating <br />Budget and Tax Levy. <br />August 31, 2009: Work Session to Review 2010 Levy Limits and Tax Levy. <br />September 8, 2009: Presentation of proposed the 2010 Budget/Property Tax Levy <br />Resolution passed: <br />1) Setting the proposed 2010 Budget and Property Tax Levy. <br />2) Approve the December Truth -in -Taxation Hearing dates. <br />November 30, 2009***** <br />December 21, 2009: Dates established to hold a Truth-in-Taxation/Public Hearing. <br />December 7, 2009: Truth -in -Taxation Public Hearing, Presentation of 2010 Operating <br />Budget and Levy (Cancel December 81h Meeting). <br />December 15, 2009: Approval and final adoption of the 2010 Operating Budget <br />and Property Tax Levy.
