A Resolution Calling a Hearing for the Arbors Alley Roadway and Utility Improvement Project <br />This resolution sets a public hearing to be held on May 26, 2009 at 7:00 pm. <br />II. A Resolution Declaring the Cost to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of Proposed <br />Assessment <br />Included in the Council packet are the assessments which have been calculated in accordance with the <br />City's street assessment policy for the Arbors Alley Roadway and Utility Improvement Project. This <br />resolution declares the amount to be assessed to be approximately $84,300 and outlines the assessment <br />process in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />III.
