ANTHONY <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR THE <br />ARBORS ALLEY ROADWAY AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />TIME AND PLACE, GENERAL NATURE <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS: <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL OPEN TO INSPECTION: <br />AREA ,PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED: <br />TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED: <br />ASSESSMENT: <br />PROPOSED AMOUNT TO BE ASSESSED TO <br />EACH PARCEL.: <br />WRITTEN OR ORAL OBJECTIONS: <br />RIGHT OF APPEAL: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council <br />of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, will meet <br />in the Council Chambers of the City of St. <br />Anthony on the 26°i day of May, 2009, at 7:00 <br />p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to <br />consider objections to the proposed assessments <br />for the Arbors Alley improvements, heretofore <br />ordered by the City Council. <br />The proposed assessment roll is on file with the <br />City Clerk and open to public inspection. <br />The area proposed to be assessed consists of <br />every lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by <br />said improvement, which has been ordered as <br />follows: <br />1. Alley located immediately south of Croft <br />Drive and west of Old Highway 8. <br />The total amount proposed to be assessed is <br />$84,300. <br />Attached is the proposed assessment amount <br />for each parcel included in the Arbors Alley <br />Improvement Project. <br />Written or oral objections will be considered at <br />the hearing. <br />An owner of property to be assessed may appeal <br />the assessment to the district court of Hennepin <br />County pursuant to the Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal <br />upon the Mayor or Clerk of the City within 30 <br />days after the adoption of the assessment and <br />filing such notice with the district court within <br />ten days after service upon the Mayor or Clerk. <br />21 <br />
