<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR THE
<br />WATER TOWER PARK WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT
<br />AND THE ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD, AT SILVER LAKE ROAD, MILL AND
<br />OVERLAY PROJECT
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan
<br />for the above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated
<br />according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
<br />advertisement:
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Kusske Construction Company, LLC of Chaska, MN is the lowest
<br />responsible bidder,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
<br />1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br />with Kusske Construction Company, LLC in the amount of $250,581.90 in the name of the
<br />City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project
<br />according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file
<br />in the office of the City Clerk.
<br />2. The Engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
<br />to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
<br />bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
