CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 09-079 <br />ACCEPTING HENNEPIN COUNTY'S SHARE OF THE WATER RE -USE PROJECT <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,735.75 AS STATED IN THE COST SHARE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, and Hennepin County reconstructed Silver Lake <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, during the reconstruction of Silver Lake, City of St. Anthony constructed <br />the Water Re -Use ponds; and <br />WHEREAS, Hennepin County agreed to pay $9,735.75 in costs associated with the <br />Water Re -Use Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE PT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby accepts Hennepin County's Share of the Water Re -Use Project in the <br />Amount of $9,735.75 as stated in the Cost Share Agreement. <br />Adopted this 27t1, day of October, 2009. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />City Manager <br />ZACounciI Meetings\2009\10272009\resdonation he water re use.doc <br />14 <br />
