All utility <br />construction and road grading has been competed. The remaining items to be completed <br />are temporary striping, turf establishment, and the final lift of pavement. <br />II. Water Tower Park Watermain Replacement Project <br />Replacement of the waternnain surrounding Water Tower Park has been completed. <br />III, Arbors Alley Improvement Project <br />The Arbors Alley Improvement Project has been completed. <br />IV. St. Anthony Boulevard Mill and Overlay Project <br />Resurfacing of St. Anthony Boulevard has been completed from Coolidge Street to Silver <br />Lake Road and from Hwy 88 to the east approximately 1,100 feet. <br />V. St. Anthony Village Water Reuse Facility <br />The Water Reuse Facility has been completed and is operational. Staff will be reviewing <br />the first year of operation and looking for ways to improve the systems performance. <br />VL Emerald Park <br />The grand opening for Emerald Park was held on Wednesday October 14, 2009. <br />VII, 2010 Street Reconstruction Project <br />Design of the 2010 Street Reconstruction project has begun. We have explored a variety <br />of proposed road layouts including installing a cul-de-sac at select locations on Silver <br />Lane.
