<br />§ 33.036 WATER RATES.
<br />Water bills will be computed quarterly based on metered water used according to the
<br />tiered rates listed below:
<br />Residential
<br />Consumption (gallons)

<br />Tier II 7,500 -15,000
<br />Tier III 15,000 - 22,500
<br />Tier IV 22,500 - 30,000
<br />Tier V Over 30,000

<br />$2.60 per 1,000 gallons
<br />$2.73 per 1,000 gallons
<br />$3.00 per 1,000 gallons
<br />$3.45 per 1,000 gallons
<br />$4.32 per 1,000 gallons
<br />The Multi -Family quarterly water bill is based on the total consumption divided by the
<br />number of units to determine the Consumption per unit. Multi -Family customers are
<br />billed according to the Residential Tier Rate structure. Example:
<br />10 unit complex /200,000 gallon consumption = 20,000 gallons per unit
<br />First 7,500 gallons x $2.60= $19.50
<br />7,500 gallons x $2.73 = $20.48
<br />5,000 gallons x $3.00 = $15.00
<br />Per Unit Billing = $54.98 x 10 units = $549.80
