ELI <br />STAFF REPORT <br />To: Mayor and City Council <br />City Manager <br />From: Kim Moore -Sykes, Assistant City Manager <br />Date: December 8, 2009 <br />Subject: 2010 Ramsey County SCORE Grant Application <br />In October, Ramsey County sent copies of the 2010 SCORE Grant. Ramsey County informed Staff <br />that the City can apply for and could receive up to $4,893 in recycling grants. They requested that <br />the City submit the completed application with a copy of the 2010 proposed recycling budget. Staff <br />indicated on the application that previously, the City had the SCORE funds applied to the Yard <br />Waste Composting and would like the 2010 SCORE Grants to be allocated in the same way again. <br />Ramsey County also requires that the City pass a resolution approving the Municipal Grant <br />application. A copy of the application, as well as a copy of the authorizing resolution, is attached for <br />your consideration. <br />Staff2010 Ramsey SCORE Grant <br />
