61 <br />hary <br />1 61aC% <br />PROCLAMATION <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village is privileged to <br />honor George Wagner for his lifelong achievements <br />with the City of St. Anthony and other <br />organizations; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Wagner served on the Planning Commission <br />from 1986 -1990; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Wagner served on the City Council from 1991 <br />-1997; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Wagner served on the Parks Commission <br />from 1998 - 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Wagner was the Chamber of Commerce <br />"`Villager of the Year" in 1992; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Wagner served on the Northwest Quadrant <br />Task Force, St. Anthony Riwanis, and <br />St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony <br />City Council hereby proclaims March 26, 2009 as <br />"George Wagner Day" in the City of St. Anthony Village <br />George H.
