STAFF REPORT <br />DATE: May 26, 2009 <br />TO: Mire Mornson, City Manager <br />FROM: John Ohl, Chief of Pol c <br />SUBJECT: Hennepin County Mutual Aid t <br />All Hennepin County communities entered into a mutual aid pact back in 1968. The pact is <br />simply an agreement to provide mutual aid resources under certain terms and conditions. <br />This pact was modernized on July 1, 2001, and is again in need of some updated language. <br />I am requesting that we continue this beneficial relationship with all of the other Hennepin <br />County communities by signing, and adopting by resolution, the 2009 Hennepin County Chief's <br />of Police Association Mutual Aid Pact. <br />JO:vj <br />
