OPTION 2 <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />ORDINANCE 2009-005 <br />PARKING DURING SNOW REMOVAL <br />§ 72.36 PARKING DURING SNOW REMOVAL. <br />(A) No person shall park a vehicle on any city street for a period of 48 hours, <br />cone ieneing immediately after 2 inches or more of continuous snowfall or until snow <br />removal has been completed curb to curb. <br />(B) Whenever it is necessary to the proper direction control, regulation of traffic, plowing <br />and/or the removal of snow, ice, or waste, or maintenance or improvement of any <br />highway or street to remove any vehicle standing on a highway or street in the city, then <br />any police officer is authorized to provide for the removal of the vehicle and have the <br />same removed to the nearest conveniont garage or other place of safety. The cost of <br />removal and storage of the vehicle will be charged to the owner of the vehicle, and to the <br />person causing the violation. <br />These ordinance changes shall be in full force and effect upon passage by the Cih� Council and <br />publication of the Ordinance ora Summary thereof in the City's official newspaper. <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Adopted: <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />75 <br />
