This agreement states the total cost of the project and administration will be shared <br />equally by the Cities. The City of St. Anthony will administer the contract and construction for the <br />project. <br />IL A Resolution Entering into a Construction Cooperative Agreement with the City of New <br />Brighton <br />This resolution authorizes the City of St. Anthony to enter into a construction cooperative agreement <br />with City of New Brighton for the reconstruction of Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to 16"' <br />Avenue SW. This agreement states construction costs for the project will be shared equally by the <br />Cities except that the costs for sidewalk, street lighting, sanitary sewer, and water distribution <br />improvements will be paid by the benefited City. The City of New Brighton has chosen to utilize <br />their engineering staff to the fullest extent possible; therefore, any non -construction related expenses <br />performed by the City of St. Anthony which benefit the City of New Brighton will be billed to the <br />City of New Brighton. These expenses include the following: contract administration, engineering, <br />survey, private utility costs, testing, and construction observation.
