CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE RESOLUTION 10-014 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TO ENTER INTO A CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR THE BITUMINOUS MILL AND OVERLAY OF HIGHCREST ROAD WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has prepared final plans and specifications for the bituminous mill and overlay of IIigherest Road between 33rd Avenue NE and 37°i Avenue NE, WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has prepared a construction agreement for the bituminous mill and overlay of Highcrest Road, WHEREAS, The agreement states the total cost of the project will be shared equally by the Cities except that the costs of utilities that are replaced will be paid by the benefited City, WHEREAS, after the award by the City of St. Anthony to the successful bidder on the Project, the City of St. Anthony shall invoice the City of Roseville for ninety (90) percent of the estimated City of Roseville share in the contract construction and engineering costs for the Project, WHEREAS, payments shall be made to the City of St. Anthony, in the name of the City of St. Anthony, by the City of Roseville for the full amount due stated on the invoices within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, WHEREAS, the City of Roseville will pay the remaining ten (10) percent, including additional costs resulting from supplemental agreements and change orders, within thirty (30) days after completion of the proposed improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: Authorizes City Staff to enter into the construction agreement with the City of Roseville for the bituminous mill and overlay of Highcrest Road between 33'd Avenue NE and 37°i Avenue NE.
