f <br />City of St. Anthony Village Strategic ` 2010 <br />Plan <br />Introductions <br />The City of St. Anthony Village conducted a Strategic Planning/Goal Setting Process in January <br />2010, involving the city council, department heads, commission members, City Manager, consulting <br />staff and two staff from the League of Minnesota Cities. A preliminary part of the process was to <br />introduce everyone to a personality profile system. Everyone who participated had an Insights <br />Personality profile done; a brief overview of the benefits of knowing one's own profile and others as <br />well was given.
