The lighting will be funded by <br />Hennepin County Community Grant funds through the efforts and support of <br />Commissioner Mark Stenglein, <br />Mayor Pro Tem Roth reported on his attendance at the following events: <br />• February 1, 2010 Metropolitan Council State of the Region at Silverwood Regional Park <br />with Mayor Faust and City Manager Mornson. <br />• Pinewood Derby on Saturday, February 61n <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Roth invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on <br />items that are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Pro Tem Roth moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />City Manager Morrison reported that over 80 cities were represented at the Metropolitan Council <br />State of the Region meeting at Silverwood Park. A member of the Metropolitan Council <br />commented on the quality of Silver Lake Village Development and the Water Reuse Facility. <br />X.
