Minneapolis, MN 55426 Dear Mr. Viera: Your request on behalf of Clearwire Wireless Broadband, LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the installation of wireless antennas at 4001 Stinson Boulevard has been received and will be presented to the Planning Commission for a public hearing on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 705 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. Minnesota State Statutes require that any land use or zoning applications, such as yours, be approved or denied by the governing body within 60 days of receipt of a completed application. Your application and fees for the requested lot split were received on December 17, 2009 and determined to be complete. From this date forward, the City, according the 60 -Day Rule, has 60 calendar days to approve or deny your request. The 60 days for your request expire on February 16, 2010..The City's process to determine a final decision on your CUP request includes a public hearing at the Planning Commission meeting on January 19, 2010. The Planning Commission will make their recommendations, which will be presented to the City Council at their meeting scheduled for January 26, 2010 at 7:00pm. While the City Council is expected to make a decision on your Conditional Use Permit application at this time, Minnesota Statute does allow the City to request, in writing, an additional 60 days should it become apparent that the original 60 days are not sufficient to process your application. Nothing is anticipated at this time that would cause a delay, but again, you will be notified in writing if additional time to issue a final decision on your request is needed by the City.
