Resolution 10-025; Ordering Improvements for the 2010 Street Improvement Project. <br />2 <br />3 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to adopt Resolution 10- <br />4 025; Ordering Improvements for the 2010 Street Improvement Project. <br />6 Councilmember Gray stated the City is getting this work done cheaper than it would be under <br />7 normal circumstances due to the current market. More importantly, it can be seen in the news <br />8 what is happening with cities that are not keeping up their infrastructure. He stated the upkeep <br />9 on infrastructure is a big plus for living in St. Anthony, and that the negative aspects of not <br />10 spending the money at this time and putting off upkeep and reconstruction would be detrimental. <br />11 <br />12 Councilmember Stille concurred. He commented a constituent he talked with when running for <br />13 re-election informed him that he moved to St. Anthony because he knew from his research that <br />14 take care of the City. <br />15 <br />16 Motion carried unanimously. <br />17 <br />18 B. Resolution 10-026; Adopt and Confirm Assessments for the 2010 Street Improvement <br />19 Project. <br />20 <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to adopt Resolution 10- <br />22 026; Adopt and Confirm Assessments for the 2010 Street Improvement Project. <br />23 <br />24 Motion carried unanimously. <br />25 <br />26 C. Resolution 10-027; Giving Preliminary Approval for the Issuance of the City's General <br />27 Obligation Street Reconstruction Plan Bonds in an Amount Not to Exceed $1,4000,000 <br />28 and Adoptingthe he City of St. Anthony, Minnesota Street Reconstruction Plan of 2010 <br />29 through 2014 Therefor. <br />30 <br />31 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to adopt Resolution 10- <br />32 027; Giving Preliminary Approval for the Issuance of the City's General Obligation Street <br />33 Reconstruction Plan Bonds in an Amount Not to Exceed $1,4000,000 and Adopting the City of <br />34 St. Anthony, Minnesota Street Reconstruction Plan of 2010 through 2014 Therefor. <br />35 <br />36 Motion carried unanimously. <br />37 <br />38 D. Resolution 10-028; Resolution Providing for the Sale of $1,375,000 GO Street <br />39 Reconstruction Bonds, Series 2010A. <br />40 <br />41 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to adopt Resolution 10- <br />42 028; Resolution Providing for the Sale of $1,375,000 GO Street Reconstruction Bonds, Series <br />43 2010A. <br />44 <br />45 Motion carried unanimously. <br />46 <br />3 <br />
