43 <br />To: Mayor and City Council <br />From: Mike Mornson, City Manager <br />Date: July 27, 2010 <br />RE: Quarterly Goals Update — Second Quarter <br />The following information is provided to the Mayor and Council for the second quarterly <br />goals update. The first page is a summary page which outlines the City's Mission, Vision, <br />Strategic Statements, Goals and Activities. The third page is the Goals Charting document <br />which lists 62 action items that we are attempting to achieve over the next couple of years. <br />Some action items maybe added or deleted as the year progresses. <br />For the second quarter we have made progress on 31 items, covering all seven goals. Nine <br />action items are completed. A large portion of the action items will be on-going from year to <br />year. <br />As a reminder we have Six Strategic Directions and Seven Goals. <br />
