CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 10-058 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY <br />MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) AND DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND <br />SECURITY (DHS) FOR THE ST. ANTHONY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department applied for a grant to Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Department of <br />Homeland Security (DHS); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department will receive $48,402.00 with the <br />city contributing $2,548.00 for a total of $50,950.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Fire Department agrees not to deviate from the <br />approved scope of work without prior written approval from FEMA. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />accepts a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and <br />Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for the St. Anthony Fire Department. <br />Adopted this 24111 day of August, 2010 <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />City Manager <br />F WounciI Meetings\20t0A082420INes FEMA giant.doc <br />
