City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />September 14, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />Mayor Faust presented the Heroic Citizen Award to Randy Witthus for outstanding life saving <br />efforts with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and the Automated External Defibrillator performed <br />3 on June 11, 2010. <br />4 <br />5 Mayor Faust commented that this situation is a classic partnership between business, <br />6 government, and the public. <br />7 <br />8 B. Kiwanis Peanut Day Proclamation. <br />10 <br />Mr. Tom Miller and Mr. George White of the Kiwanis Club were present to provide information <br />11 <br />on the services provided by the Kiwanis and upcoming Kiwanis fundraising efforts. Mr. Miller <br />12 <br />thanked the City for its support of the Kiwanis. He outlined the volunteer efforts of the Kiwanis <br />13 <br />and announced that September 24, 2010 starts a new fundraising period for the organization. <br />14 <br />15 <br />Councilmember Jenson recited the Kiwanis Peanut Day Proclamation proclaiming Friday, <br />16 <br />September 24, 2010 as St. Anthony Kiwanis Peanut Day. <br />17 <br />18 <br />Mayor Faust thanked the Kiwanis for the work the organization does in the community. <br />19 <br />20 <br />III. <br />CONSENT AGENDA. <br />21 <br />22 <br />A.
