Resolution 10-067: Authorizing the Transfer of the Ini <br />4 Minnesota LT,C_ dbn Annlehnn's Rrstnrnrnnt nt SRM _ <br />Mayor Faust opened the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. <br />8 City Manager Mornson reviewed the proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of the <br />9 intoxicating liquor license from Applebee's Restaurants North, LLC to for Apple North, LLC, <br />10 dba Applebee's Restaurant at 2800 39`h Avenue NE. <br />11 <br />12 Councilmember Stille verified with City Manager Morrison that Applebee's Restaurants North, <br />13 LLC has had a change in ownership as well as a name change. <br />14 <br />15 Mayor Faust noted that the relevant information will be submitted to the State for approval <br />16 following approval by the City Council. <br />17 <br />18 Mayor Faust invited individuals to address the City Council regarding the license transfer. There <br />19 were no individuals present to address the City Council. <br />20 <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution 10- <br />22 067; Authorizing the Transfer of the Intoxication Liquor License for Apple Minnesota LLC, dba <br />23 Applebee's Restaurant at 2800 — 39th Avenue NE. <br />24 <br />25 Motion carried unanimously. <br />26 <br />27 Mayor Faust closed the public hearing at 7:06 p.m. <br />28 <br />29 V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. <br />30 <br />31 None. <br />32 <br />33 VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />34 <br />35 A. Silverwood Park Update. Rosemary Franzese Three Rivers Park Commissioner District <br />36 5 and other Silverwood Staff. <br />37 <br />38 Three Rivers Park Commissioner Rosemary Franzese discussed the history of the Three Rivers <br />39 Park District purchasing Silverwood Camp from the Salvation Army for Silverwood Park. She <br />40 thanked the City for its support with Silverwood Park and the entire community for the <br />41 outstanding support and enthusiasm for the park. She stated the park has become a vital part of <br />42 the community and an enhancement to their quality of life. <br />43 <br />44 Silverwood Park Supervisor Tom Moffatt provided an update on Silverwood Park.
