CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 11002 <br />A RESOLUTION SPECIFYING PERSONS AUTHORIZED <br />TO MAKE CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS REGARDING <br />CITY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby specifies: <br />Mayor (Jerry Faust) <br />City Manager (Michael J.
