Background (cont.) <br />The operation employs a <br />Liquor operations Manager, <br />Assistant operations <br />Manager and a Store <br />Manager. We also employ a <br />Full Time Lead Clerk and 25 <br />Part Time Sales Clerks. <br />Mission Statement <br />Our goal is to control the sale of <br />beverage alcohol to minors and <br />intoxicated persons while <br />simultaneously generating <br />revenue for the community, in <br />accordance with city, state and <br />county liquor laws and <br />ordinances. <br />
