Resolution 11-013; Calling for aHearing on the 2011 Street & Utility Improvements. <br />24 <br />25 Mr. Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates, reviewed proposed Resolution Nos. 11-013, 11-014, and <br />26 11-015, and provided an overview of the 2011 Street & Utility Improvement Project, project <br />27 schedule and project budget. Mr. Hubmer answered questions of the City Council regarding <br />28 funds allocated in the budget to meet Rice Creek Watershed permit requirements and Rice Creek <br />29 Watershed District/Mississippi Watershed Management Organization boundaries within the City. <br />30 <br />31 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Resolution 1I- <br />32 013; Calling for a Hearing on the 2011 Street & Utility Improvements. <br />33 <br />34 Motion carried unanimously. <br />35 <br />36 B. Resolution 11-014; Declaring the Costs to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of <br />37 Proposed Assessments for the 2011 Street & Utility Improvements. <br />38 <br />39 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution 11- <br />40 014; ,Declaring the Costs to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of Proposed Assessments for <br />41 the 2011 Street & Utility Improvements. <br />42 <br />43 Motion carried unanimously. <br />44 <br />45 C.
