<br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
<br />2011 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for
<br />the above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to
<br />law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction Co. Inc. of Albertville, MN is the lowest
<br />responsible bidder,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
<br />1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br />with Northdale Construction Co. Inc, in the amount of $1,379,353.69 in the name of the City of
<br />St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project according
<br />to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office
<br />of the City Clerk.
<br />2. The Engineer, WS13 & Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
<br />all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder
<br />and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
