that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body, but does not include any <br />cessation product approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for use as a <br />medical treatment to reduce and eliminate nicotine or tobacco dependence. <br />Amendment of Section 111.047 of the St. Anthony City Code. Section 111.047 of the St. <br />Anthony City Code shall be amended the following sections: <br />§ 111.047 LICENSE REQUIRED. <br />(B) Specifieally. <br />(5) Transfers. All licenses issued under this section shall be valid only on the <br />premises for which the license was issued and only for the person to whom the license <br />was issued. No transfer of any license to any other location or person shall be valid <br />without the prior approval of the City Council. <br />(8) Renewals. The renewal of a license issued under this section shall be <br />handled in the same manner as the original application. The request for a renewal shall <br />be made at least 30 days prior, but no more than 60 days before the expiration of the <br />current license.
