This project has been <br />cleared under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and determined to be categorically <br />excluded in accordance with 44 CFR Part 10.8(d)(2)(ix). Please see the attached Record of <br />Environmental Consideration for the environmental conditions applicable to this project. <br />The NEMIS Project Management Report indicates the amount of funds designated for HMGP project <br />and administrative costs.
