(C) By self-service methods in violation of § 111.052; <br />(D) As "loonies", as defined in §111.046; <br />(E) If the tobacco or tobacco products contain opium, morphine, jimsonweed, <br />belladonna, Strychnos, cocaine, marijuana, or other delirious, hallucinogenic, toxic, or controlled <br />substances except nicotine and other substances found naturally in tobacco or added as part of an <br />otherwise lawful manufacturing process; and/or <br />(F) To any other person, in any other manner or form prohibited by federal or state law <br />or regulation, or by local ordinance. <br />(1993 Code, § 510.07) Penalty, see § 10.99" <br />Section 7. Addition of Section 111.057 to St Anthony City Code. The St. Anthony City <br />Code shall be amended to add a new Section 111.057 as follows: <br />"§ 111.057 SMOKING PROHIBITF,D. <br />It shall be unlawful for the lighting, inhaling, exhaling or combination thereof of tobacco, <br />tobacco products, or tobacco related devices by any person in any retail establishment." <br />Section 8. Effective Date.
