CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 11-040 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR POLICE <br />SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS AND AUTHORIZES THE <br />MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the City of Falcon Heights desire to enter into <br />a joint powers agreement whereby the City of St. Anthony agrees to <br />provide police services for the City of Falcon Heights for the period 2007 <br />through 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Falcon Heights negotiated the renewal of the <br />contract agreement for the period of 2010 through 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Falcon Heights have negotiated the renewal of <br />the contract agreement for the period of 2012 through 2013. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />hereby approves the Contract Agreement for Police Services with the City <br />of Falcon Heights and Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute <br />said agreement. <br />Adopted this 2801 day of June, 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />wal <br />
