ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />JULY 26, 2011 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Roth, and Stille. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: City Manager Mike Morrison. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF JULY 26, 2011 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of July 26, 2011. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />H. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Minnesota Night to Unite Proclamation. <br />Councilmember Roth recited the Minnesota Night to Unite Proclamation proclaiming Tuesday, <br />August 2, 2011, as "Night to Unite" in the City of St. Anthony. <br />III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A. Consider June 28, 2011 Council meeting minutes; <br />B. Consider licenses and permits; <br />C. Consider payment of claims; <br />D. Consider Resolution 11-042: Accenting a Communitv Parmershin Grant from <br />Centerpoint Energy for the St. Anthony Fire Department; <br />E. Consider Resolution 11-043; Supporting Hennepin County Sheriff's New Regional 911 <br />Emergency Communications Facility: and <br />F.
