The goals of the proposed plan are to:
1) Provide indemnity from individual traffic signs (as long as the policy is followed).
2) Perform traffic sign inventory and establish a budget for traffic sign replacement.
3) Provide a uniform plan to manage traffic sign replacement for safety and compliance into the future.
4) Provide long-term traffic sign compliance and management to utilize the full life of signs.
I will be present at your August 9, 2011 Council meeting to answer any questions you may have on this
issue, or please call me at 763-287-7182.
Sincerely,
WSB & Associates, Inc.
Todd E.
