CITY OF ST ANTHONY 36 <br />RESOLUTION No. 11 -XXX ANApr <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING THE CITY OF ST, ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />PROPOSED 2012 TAX LEVY AND BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Law requires the City of St. Anthony Village provide Hennepin and Ramsey <br />Counties with a proposed 2012 certified property tax levy and budget; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council discussed key financial issues and budgeting goals at the January, 2011, goal <br />setting session, held a Public Hearing on April 26, 2011, reviewed the 2011 property tax levy, <br />budget and the capital equipment needs at their April 4, 2011, May 2nd, 2011, May 31st, 2011 <br />and August 1st, 2011, work sessions; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further reviewed the 2012 property tax levy, operating budget and the levy at <br />the August 9, 2011, council meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tax levy and budget is contingent upon any revisions allowed if the current law is <br />modified; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will determine a definitive property tax levy and budget at the Tuesday, <br />December 13, 2011, budget meeting held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. <br />NOW, TI-TEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1) The collectible 2012 proposed property tax levy is: <br />General Fund Property Tax Levy <br />Road Improvement Levy <br />Lease Revenue Bonds <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority Levy <br />Tax Abatement Levy <br />PERA Rate Increase Levy <br />Total 2012 Proposed Tax Levy <br />2) The 2012 General Fund Proposed Budget totals $5,498,650. <br />Adopted this 13th day of September, 2011 <br />ATTEST: 44? ��_I�� <br />City ClerkV*P <br />Mayor <br />Reviewed for Administration: _ <br />City Manager <br />$3,045,166.00 <br />$1,500,574.84 <br />$ 409,773.00 <br />$ 110,500.00 <br />$ 149,394.82 <br />$ 7.500.00 <br />$5,222,908.66 <br />
