The certificate(s) shall <br />name Hennepin County as the certificate holder and as an additional insured for the <br />liability coverage(s) with respect to operations covered under the Agreement. <br />Copies of insurance policies shall be promptly submitted to the COUNTY upon written <br />request. <br />
