CITY OF ST ANTHONY 58 <br />RESOLUTION No. 11-081 <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY'S <br />2012 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET AND PROPERTY TAX LEVY. <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Law requires the City of St. Anthony provide Hennepin and Ramsey <br />Counties with a 2012 certified operating budget and property tax levy; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council discussed key financial issues and budgeting goals at the January, 2011, goal setting <br />session, held a Public Hearing on April 26, 2011, reviewed the 2012 property tax levy, budget and <br />capital equipment needs at their April 4, 2011, May 2, 2011, May 31, 2011 and August 1, 2011, work <br />sessions; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further reviewed the 2012 operating budget, property tax levy at its August 9, 2011, <br />council meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council held the required budget meeting on December 13, 2011, 7:00 P.M. in its Council <br />Chambers, to discuss the 2012 operating budget and property tax levy with the residents of St. Anthony; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the information required for the City Council to determine a definitive 2012 property tax levy has been <br />collected. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1) The proposed collectible 2012 Property Tax Levy is: <br />General Operating Fund Property Tax Levy <br />Road Improvement Levy <br />Lease Revenue Bonds <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority Levy <br />Tax Abatement Levy <br />PERA Rate Increase Levy <br />Total Proposed 2012 Tax Levy <br />2) The proposed 2012 General Operating Budget totals $5,498,650. <br />Adopted this 13th day of December, 2011 <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />$3,045,166.00 <br />$1,500,754.84 <br />$ 409,773.00 <br />$ 110,500.00 <br />$ 149,394.82 <br />$ 7,500.00 <br />$5,223,088.66 <br />
