CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 12-082 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTINUED SUPPORT OF THE ST. ANTHONY - <br />NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282 COMMUNITY SERVICES <br />RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE YEARS 2013 AND 2014 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony recognizes that the St. Anthony -New <br />Brighton School District #282 Community Services provide a variety of <br />recreational opportunities and senior citizen activities to community residents; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, due to changes enacted by the Minnesota State Legislature, St. Anthony -New <br />Brighton School District 4282 is no longer allowed to levy $52,175 for the cost of <br />operating Community Services; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council supports recreational opportunities and senior citizen activities <br />for residents of the community and would like the St. Anthony -New Brighton <br />School District #282 to continue providing these services to St. Anthony <br />residents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village hereby authorizes continued support of the St. Anthony -New Brighton <br />School District #282 Community Services Recreational Programs for the years <br />2013 and 2014. <br />Adopted this 23`d day of October, 2012. <br />AT'rES•r: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />taco,„,dIM 1,Aev012u02320i2ur,,,,num„ <br />23 <br />
