13 <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 12-079 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE <br />2012 GENERAL ELECTION <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota §204B.21, subd. 2 Appointing authority, powers and duties; indicates election <br />judges for precincts in a municipality shall be appointed by the governing body of the <br />municipality; and <br />WHEREAS, the individuals listed on Exhibit A have submitted applications to the City Clerk to be <br />Election Judges for the November 6, 2012, General Election: <br />The members of city staff that will be assisting with absentee voting are Phuongmai Dang, Robin Hartfiel, <br />and Sandy Simon. The absentee ballot board will consist of a group of above listed election judges and city <br />staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby appoints <br />Election Judges for the 2012 General Election. <br />Adopted this 91h day of October, 2012. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for Administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />
