20 <br />2) The special assessments as adopted shall be payable with collectible ad <br />valorem taxes in 2012, with interest thereon at eight (8) percent per <br />annum, and shall bear interest from the entire period of November 1, <br />2012 through December 31, 201.3. <br />3) The City Clerk shall transmit a certified copy of this assessment to the <br />County Auditor to be extended to the proper tax lists to the county, <br />and such assessments shall be collected and paid over the same <br />manner as other municipal taxes. <br />Adopted this 9th day of October, 2012. <br />ATTEST: <br />Barb Suciu, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Jerome O.
