37 <br />§ 33.043 UNTIMELY PAYMENT; LATE PAYMENT PENALTY. <br />The fee for this Ordinance is set by Resolution. <br />§ 33.044 CERTIFICATION OF DELIQUENT ACCOUNT BALANCES. <br />Delinquent account balances greater than $50.00 and at least two quarters past due will <br />be certified to taxes by November 30°i of each year. Accounts significantly exceeding either of <br />these criteria's are considered at -risk and are subject to early certification or water shut-off at the <br />City's discretions. <br />§ 33.061 ESTABLISHMENT OF FEE AMOUNTS. <br />The dollar amounts of fees required by this code are as stated in the following table: <br />Fee Code No. Purpose of Fee Amount <br />No. <br />8 33.042 Repealed; Ordinance 2012-10 <br />The City Council oJ the City of Saint Anthony ordains as follows: <br />§ 52.05 WATER READING AND BILLING. <br />(A) Meter reading. All water meters will be read quarterly on or before the third day <br />of the months of January, April, July, and October. <br />(B) Billing and payment. Quarterly water statements will be sent out on or around the <br />twentieth day of the months of January, April, July, and October and are payable on or before the <br />twenty-fifth day of the following month. If payment is made by U.S. mail, a bill will be <br />considered paid as of the date of postmark. If the payment date deadline falls on a Saturday, <br />Sunday, or legal holiday, payment may be made on or prior to the first day thereafter on which <br />city offices are open. If payment is not timely made, a late fee in the amount set forth in Chapter <br />33 is due. If payment on a quarterly statement is not made on or prior to the fifth day of March, <br />June, September, or December respectively, the city retains the right to send a final notice of <br />payment overdue to the customer by certified mail, notifying the customer that: payment must <br />be received at the City Hall within 5 days; failure to make the payment in full within the 5 -day <br />period will result in the discontinuance of water service; and the customer has the right to a <br />hearing before the Public Works Director before water service is discontinued, provided the <br />customer has made a request for a hearing within the 5 -day period. If a request for a hearing is <br />timely, made by the customer, a hearing will be held in accordance with the provisions of § <br />52.06. If a payment is not received and a hearing request is not timely made, the city may <br />
