67 <br />CITY OF ST ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLU'T'ION No. 12-094 <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING TIIE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY'S <br />2013 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET AND PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Law requires the City of St. Anthony provide Hennepin and Ramsey <br />Counties with a 2012 certified operating budget and property tax levy; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council discussed key financial issues and budgeting goals at the January, 2012, goal setting <br />session, held a Public Hearing on April 24, 2012, reviewed the 2013 property tax levy, budget and capital <br />equipment needs at their March 12, 2012, April 16, 2012, and August 6, 2012, work sessions; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further reviewed the 2013 operating budget, property tax levy at its August 28, 2012, <br />council meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council held the required budget meeting on December 11, 2012, 7:00 P.M. in its Council <br />Chambers, to discuss the 2013 operating budget and property tax levy with the residents of St. Anthony; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the information required for the City Council to determine a definitive 2013 property tax levy has been <br />collected. <br />NOW, TFIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1) The collectible 2013 Property'T'ax Levy is: <br />General Operating Fund PropertyTax Levy <br />Capital Improvement Project Levy <br />Road Improvement Levy <br />Lease Revenue Bonds <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority Levy <br />Tax Abatement Levy <br />PERA Rate Increase Levy <br />Total Proposed 2013 Tax Levy <br />Adopted this 1 1 th day of December, 2012 <br />ATTEST: <br />Barb Suciu, City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Jerome O.
