By setting fees, rates, and charges by resolution, it <br />will reduce costs, and creates greater flexibility in determining <br />fees. The first reading of this ordinance was November 27, 2012 in <br />which there weren't any amendments proposed by the City <br />Council. <br />This is the second reading of this ordinance. <br />M <br />
